If your favorite charity or school program could receive a donation of $10,000 for unrestricted funds, how would such a gift be used to further the mission and make a lasting impact? Oh, the possibilities!
Thanks to the Valero Texas Open and its fundraising program, Champions fore Charity, this possibility becomes a reality. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Champions fore Charity is unique in that there are no program fees, no merchant fees, and participating organizations receive 100% of funds generated along with a 7% match gift. Isn't it difficult to pass on 107% revenue with zero risk?
Funds are generated by soliciting donations from individuals and corporations with the flexibility to pay in advance or to be billed after the tournament. The six-month campaign will kick off October 14 and will conclude in April 12, 2027 - providing ample time to fundraise as much or as little during the season as desired.
Registration to participate in the 2026-2027 fundraising campaign for charities and schools is underway. All types of philanthropies, as well as school programs like athletic teams, dance & cheer, science programs, PTA, Project Graduation and much more... are welcome to participate.

Want to experience what it's like behind the scenes at a PGA TOUR event? Internships are a valuable way to help gain industry experience and gain significant benefits to learn and refine skillsets while furthering professional growth. Our interns play a pivotal role in tournament logistics that can be carried forward when entering the workforce.
We are currently seeking motivated, passionate, hardworking, and fun intern candidates to join our team full-time for the spring semester.
